FIELD: applicable at educational institutions. SUBSTANCE: the board has at least one rotary panel with working surfaces on the face and reverse sides for application of information. The panel joints are positioned on the opposite edges of the panels or on one edge for turning about the axis that is parallel to the plane of attachment to the wall. The joints of the panels consist of a movable half-hinge fastened on the panel edge, and by means of an axle connected to the fixed base of the joint to the wall or in the form of two rods. On the one side the rods are hinge-joined to the middles of the opposite panel edges, and on the other side- to the brackets of attachment to the wall. The length of the rods exceeds half the length of the edges. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of use of the board working surface. 8 cl, 11 dwg
