SUBSTANCE: method involves forming depressions in boards or panels, adhering boards or panels one to another along sides thereof; arranging fastening profile having groove in each depression; pulling boards or panels together from sides thereof through resilient members supported by frame members and securing the boards or panels to frame by grooves made in boards or panels. Engaging part of fastening profile, namely shoulder, is inserted in board or panel depression. Lower fastening profile part provided with groove is inserted in frame slot so that gap is created between fastening profile and connection area. Boards or panels are elastically connected to frame.
EFFECT: provision of solid covering having no gaps, increased covering strength and service life.
