SUBSTANCE: method involves taking bone fragment samples from human cadavers, fixing the bone fragments, producing histologic preparations, determining bone cell density per one square mm by means of microscope with double interval of C and 5C. Ratio of cell number during two different ontogenesis periods being greater than or less than 30%, conclusions concerning osteogenesis activity degree as high or low are drawn, respectively.
