FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: after removing curved cartilaginous and osseous parts one should introduce a transplant out of flat bone of human fetal cranial arch being about 3-5 mm more against the size of defect in osseous-cartilaginous frame of nasal septum. Transplant should be fixed to the edges of osseous-cartilaginous frame with distal part of light guide's edge of semiconductor laser "ATKUS-15" due to contact method at output power of laser radiation being 8.5 V at constant mode. The method enables to decrease the number of postoperational complications achieved due to transplant's tight fixation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of restoration.
