FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: after removing pathologically altered mucous membrane one should apply dura mater and mucous membranes of human fetal nasal septum onto osseous walls of frontal and maxillary antra from inside to be then fixed to osseous antral walls. Fixation should be performed with a distal part of a light guide's edge of semiconductor laser "ATKUS-15" by contact-type technique at output power of laser radiation being 8 W, in impulse mode at impulse duration being 500-700 msec. Method of laser "biological" welding enables to increase efficiency of therapy achieved due to dense fixation of allobrefotissue's fragment to osseous antral walls by not introducing endotracheal tubes with gaskets into antral cavity and applying large endonasal anastomoses to be inserted further into antral cavity.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation.
