FIELD: veterinary science, veterinary epizootology and immunology. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with preparations to conduct specific passive prophylaxis and treatment of associated viral- bacterial infections. Biological preparation contains a swine polyvalent hyperimmune serum with antibodies to the agents of salmonellosis, colibacillosis, pasteurellosis and erysipelas at titers of 1:16, not less, in a growth delay sample (GDS) and, also, to the virus of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine at a titer of not less than 1:64 in an indirect hemagglutination reaction assay (IHRA) and a transfer factor obtained out of blood leukocytic mass of hyperimmunized swine after serum removal.
