FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to person psychology and can be used in medicinal technology. Patient is subjected for relaxation state and in the case or depression detection the following musical compositions are played: "Porgy and Bess" by G. Gershwin and/or "Regtime" by G. Joplin and/or "Bolero" by M. Ravel that are combined with aromas: bergamot and/or geranium and/or jasmine and/or patchouli. In state of fear or excitement the following compositions are used: "Swan" by C. Saint-Saens and/or "Romance" by G. Sviridov to story "Snowstorm" by A. S. Pushkin and/or "Moon sonate" by L. Beethoven in combination with aromas: nerol and/or rose and/or sandal and/or lavender. For prophylaxis of depressive states the following compositions are used: Symphony N 98, 99, Sonate e-moll by J. Haydn and/or Symphony N 40 and/or Sonate A-dur and/or "Small night serenade" by W. Mozart in combination with aromas: cypress and/or sage and/or rosemary and/or ylang-ylang.
