FIELD: beneficiation of mineral resource by flotation. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preparation of pulp for flotation process, it can be utilized in processing of ore and non-ore starting materials. Gear includes cylindrical body with drive shaft rotated by electric motor with reduction gear. Drive shaft carries mixing fixture comprising two parts. First part is put on lower end of drive shaft and presents helical blade made with decreasing inclination angle of helical line which passes to flat sector perpendicular to axis of shaft. Arc of flat sector which terminates helical blade is assumed to be equal to 90 degrees. Second part of mixing fixture comes in the form of pins made of tubes placed along helical line with downward inclination and welded to shaft at angle of 45 degrees. Gear is fitted with intake tube installed at some angle with regard to body and with unloading device. EFFECT: increased conditioning efficiency with simultaneous reduction of consumption of reagent thanks to improved conditions of mixing of pulp of various feed size. 1 dwg
