FIELD: concentration equipment; foam flotation. SUBSTANCE: flotation pneumatic machine includes flotation chamber with aeration units arranged inside it, chamber for preparation of pulp for flotation, concentrate and tailings loading and unloading units. Chamber for preparation of pulp for flotation is mounted in such way that it has common wall with flotation chamber and its upper portion is engageable with lesser base of taper portion of loading unit where cut-off gate is fitted. Aeration units are made in form of cassettes with microporous baffle which are mounted in bases of flotation and pulp preparation chambers which are communicated by means of adjustable clearance between common wall and microporous baffle of cassette. Concentrate is unloaded from flotation chamber by means of adjustable valve which consists of two perforated disks; one disk is movable. Tailings unloading unit is located in flotation chamber. EFFECT: possibility of flotation of unclassified materials at high density; intensification of flotation process; reduced power requirements. 3 dwg
