SUBSTANCE: proposed device has NAVSTAR navigation system satellites, retranslator and special equipment mounted on vehicle and at dispatcher control station. Said equipment includes receiving antennas, transmit-receive antennas, GPS-signals receivers, radio stations, matching units, microprocessor, additional data transducers, transmit-receive unit, actuator unit, computer, documentation device, display, high frequency generator, modulating code generator, phase manipulator, power amplifier, antenna switch, high frequency amplifier, phase detector, correlator, threshold unit, storage battery, ignition key, two relays, sound synchronizer, push-button and pendulous switches and signal lamps. Principle of protection of vehicle, both in motion and at standstill, is based on the fact that in case of unauthorized switching on the ignition or opening of doors, hood or trunk, radio channel is activated over which alarm phase-keyed signal is transmitted to dispatcher control station.
