SUBSTANCE: invention concerns pulp and paper, chemical, construction and other industries. Device includes case on tensile cushions, brick-lining with conical work surface, loading funnel, conical rotor with articulated connection to the case by shank end, drive shaft with disbalancement, connected to motor. Shank end height positioning against articulation centre is performed by threaded adjuster in the form of leading screw pair. Brick-lining features threaded adjusters of height position against articulation centre, distributed regularly along the middle circle of its shoulders an made in the form of leading screw pairs. Rotor interfaces brick-lining along the whole length of adjoining generatrices.
EFFECT: possible adjustment of radial clearance size between work surfaces of case and rotor conjugated along the whole length of adjoining generatrices.
