Abstract RU 2180403 C2

FIELD: thermal; engineering; steam turbines. SUBSTANCE: control gate has body mounted on actuator shaft and adjustable disk. Gate also has actuator with controller and two double-ended hydraulic servomotors accommodated in actuator case so that their rods are arranged unidirectionally and joined through lever with actuator shaft; gate body is provided with boss that has cavity on its end to form, when assembled with actuator case, an enclosed chamber around ends of servomotor rods and actuator shaft extension; this chamber is filled with oil and communicates with steam space of gate. Disk edge is beveled at certain angle relative to symmetry plane of disk over cylinder whose diameter is equal to or lower than that of bore of gate body. Controller is provided with control gear and movable box joined through lever with one of actuator servomotors. Box accommodates spring-loaded shit-off valve. Working spaces of servomotors are intercommunicating in pairs in crosswise manner. Actuator is connected through controller to turbine oil lines. Chamber of non-spring-loaded end of shut-off valve provided in box communicates with oil line of turbine protective gear. Gate has oil-filled cavity that provides communication between enclosed chamber of gate and steam space of gate body. Boss has annular channel communicating with coolant pipelines. Actuator provides for net torque with play-free disk, provision being made for eliminating steam leakage through actuator shaft extension; it incorporates device that functions to close the gate in response to oil pressure drop in protective gear oil line.
