FIELD: mechanical engineering; steam turbines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrohydraulic system is designed for steam turbine with governor P containing servomotor and outer cutoff spool connected to pressure oil line and impulse oil line, and converter to transform signal of electronic unit into displacement of rod. Differential bushing is installed for movement in housing, being loaded by spring. Converter is connected with lever. For this purpose its axle is secured on rod. With protection operated, oil pressure in ring chamber disappears, and bushing is moved by spring. As a result, regulating valves are closed by governor. Control system of turbine with adjustable steam extraction contains speed governor and steam pressure regulator made similar to governor. Ring chamber is connected to pressure oil line through groove in bushing connected to pressure oil line, to oil tank and, by channel, to ring chamber. With protection operated, speed governor closes regulating valve. Bushing cuts off groove from pressure oil line and places it and also ring chamber in communication with oil tank, and steam pressure regulator closes regulating valve. Regulating valve of steam pressure regulator is closed only after closing of regulating valve of speed governor. At several adjustable steam extractions, system is furnished with steam pressure regulators in number equal to number of adjustable steam extractions. Ring chambers of all steam pressure regulators are connected to pressure oil line through speed governor. Converter used in system can be either electromechanical or electrohydraulic.
