FIELD: electric heating devices designed for heating cushions molded of foam plastic material, for example for seats of motor vehicles or mattresses. SUBSTANCE: heater includes electric current conductor of insulated or non-insulated wire having configuration of one or several belts formed by means of bent portions arranged one near another. Each conductor includes loop and open part turned to side of loop joined with it. Practically all open parts are mutually joined by means of local cemented joints or welded joints. It provides one or several belts with coherent patterns. Ends of electric conductor are provided with sealing body having flat mounting surface and inner space open to mounting surface and designed for placing inside it coiled wire of electric conductor.
