FIELD: heating appliances. SUBSTANCE: heating element has electricity conducting circuit connected to current supply and air-penetrable heating- circuit carrier made of flexible insulating material; heating circuit is set up on carrier and its components are fixed in definite positions relative to carrier. Heating element is manufactured as follows. Adhesive tape is continuously reeled out to form track of material coated on one side with adhesive; heating circuits are set up in chosen space between them; auxiliary film is continuously reeled out to form track of material and attached to first track together with heating circuits placed between them. One layer of material is perforated to form set of holes on its entire surface. Separating notches are made or heating circuit is divided into separate heating elements. EFFECT: provision for material saving, reduced cost, ability to build heating element into seats having glued cover. 7 cl, 7 dwg
