FIELD: medicine, dressing means, fastening means for detachable fastening on the surface of fabric or fabric-like material containing a self-gluing up layer that is effective at a short-time pressing. Pressing is effected to the first surface designed for durable connection to the backing, as well as to the second surface serving as a fastening surface on the surface of the fabric or fabric-like material. SUBSTANCE: positioned on the fastening surface of the adhesive layer and fastened to it is essentially a non-compressible, non-adhesive coating layer, maximum 0.5 mm thick, that has a great number of holes or pores penetrating through it, positioned essentially perpendicularly to the plane of the coating layer. The relative distance between two adjacent holes or pores in the coating layer does not exceed 3 mm, due to which the fastening means is suitable for engagement with the fabric or fabric-like receiving surface. The invention concerns absorbent articles, for example, pilches, hygienic interlayers, linings for trousers, interlayers for use at enuresis, bed protective means, protective covers for seats, etc, containing such a fastening means. EFFECT: enhanced convenience in use of hygienic article due to exclusion of special protective strips, as well as simplified manufacture of the article on the whole. 7 cl, 4 dwg
