FIELD: medicine, virology, pharmacology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel interferon effectors with respect to viruses inducing human herpes and papilloma. The base active component is a mixture of interferon aminocaproic acid or a mixture of interferon, aminocaproic acid and riboflavin and these mixtures are used for development of three novel medicinal forms: ointment, gel, suppository. Invention provides preparing the composition showing the prolonged effect interferon also with prolonged initial activity. An active component is effective with respect to oncogenic viruses of papillomas HPV-16 and HPV-18 being at their combined infection of cells with genital herpes virus HSV-2. This provides its use as a prophylactic agent preventing neoplastic transformation of uterine cervix epithelial cells.
