Proposed agent contains an active compound chosen from isopropyl laurate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl stearate, ethyl myristate, propyl myristate, butyl myristate and/or ethyl oleate and at least a mixture containing (-)-epicatechol, (-)-epicatechol gallate, (-)-epigallocatechol, (-)-epigallocatechol gallate, (+)-gallocatechol and (-)-gallocatechol gallate possessing the enhanced effectiveness.
