SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and pharmaceutics and concerns an agent for external use, having antiviral and anti-inflammatory activity, can find application for prevention and treatment of skin and mucous membrane affections caused by human papilloma viruses (HPV) and herpes viruses. Agent for external use, having antiviral action against human herpes and papilloma viruses, contains hyaluronic acid, arginine, peptide alloferon or a complex thereof with zinc as an active antiviral component and a base in the following ratios of components, wt.%: peptide alloferon or a complex thereof with zinc – 0.01; hyaluronic acid – 0.5–1.0; arginine – 0.05; base – up to 100.0.
EFFECT: said agent provides a complex effect on human herpes and papilloma viruses, has a prolonged antiviral, anti-inflammatory and wound healing effect.
