METHOD OF NON-HODGKIN'S LYMPHOMAS TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: 250 ml of peripheral venous autoblood is taken off and 150 ml of autoblood is incubated with antitumor chemopreparations. The remained 100 ml of blood are incubated with Intron-A taken in the dose 15 x 10 IU. Both mixtures taken in separated flasks are placed into thermostat at 37 C for 1 h. Then the blood mixture containing antitumor chemopreparations is infused by drop route for 25-30 min and blood mixture with Intron-A is infused for 2-3 h. Procedure is repeated on 8-th day. The total treatment course is 6. Method ensures to provide effective tumor cells killing in circulating blood and damaged foci, to decrease tumor size and lymph nodes, to decrease toxicity of administrated preparations, to stimulate immunoreactivity and total nonspecific immunological resistance of body.
