On the 1st and 8th d of therapy it is suggested to carry out plasmapheresis, sample autoplasma at the quantity of 200-250 ml, conduct chemotherapy course: vincristine 1 mg, doxorubicin 40-50 mg, cyclophosphan 600-800 mg; cytostatics should be mixed with autoplasma, incubated at 37 C for 1 h and reinfused for a patient.
