FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out low frequency ultrasonic cavitation of circulating antiseptic solution for washing the middle ear during 25-30 s with following OxyDANT solution phonophoresis. Middle otitis with no suppuration being treated, low frequency hydromassage of middle ear tissues is applied two times and concurrent phonophoresis of hyaluronidase proteolytic enzymes into them, each session being 20-30 s long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
