FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: compulsory supply of aerosol with transporting gaseous flow should be carried out into hard to reach middle ear cavities. Aerosol is developed above the surface of aqueous solution of medicinal preparation in closed area of therapeutic equipment at heating and treating it with ultrasound. Moreover, as aerosol source one should use physiological solution, and as transporting gaseous flow - ozone-oxygen mixture ozone concentration of which, supply velocity and quantity of seances are determined due to degree of inflammatory process. Ozone concentration in ozone- oxygen mixture corresponds to 300-500 mcg/l at gas outflow rate being 2-10 cm/sec. Seance duration is 5-7 min.
