ROTOR TYPE MACHINE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2180700 C2

FIELD: constructions of compressors, pumps, internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: rotor type machine includes hollow cylindrical housing with end covers. Blades with rollers are arranged inside cylindrical housing and they separate its cavity by four closed spaces. Machine also includes synchronization mechanism in the form of shaft with monolythic crosspiece. Shafts with rollers having eccentrics are inserted by means of through openings into blades. End covers have profiled cylindrical surfaces arranged symmetrically in diametrically opposite directions and having radius shifted from rotation center of blades along vertical line according to coordinate system by value +- eccentricity value and radius shifted horizontally symmetrically relative to rotation center. Springy plate dampers whose shape corresponds to that of crosspiece are rigidly mounted on shaft with monolythic crosspiece on both end surfaces. Each guides of plate dampers is separated by radial slit by two parts. Peripheral portions of said guides are mutually spaced and they protrude outside of guides of crosspiece of connection mechanism in order to prevent vibration. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
