FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors, pumps or internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: rotary machine has hollow cylindrical housing with end shields which is divided by two blades with shafts and rollers into four closed spaces and is provided with synchronization mechanism in form of cross with shaft installed eccentrically relative to axis of blade rotation. To eliminate deflection of cross guides arising under action of loads, solid stiffening ribs at both sides of cross end face surfaces are formed. Volume of rotary machine chambers is increased by decreasing width of cross guides. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced influence of bending loads transmitted through shafts with rollers to cross owing to change of shape and dimensions of synchronization mechanism cross. 2 dwg
