FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in compressors, pumps and internal combustion engines. Proposed rotary machine contains hollow cylindrical housing with end face covers accommodating two vanes with rollers and shafts dividing housing space into four closed volumes, and coupling mechanism in form of shaft with solid cross installed eccentrically relative to its axis of rotation. Each vane consists of pair of segment cover plates, and two profiled disks with hollow cylindrical inner part. One of disks is provided with two inner segment projections from side of outer projections in which elongated holes are made arranged in the same manner as holes in other disk through which pair of shafts with hexahedral disk displaced to side of hollow cylindrical part of vane profiled disk passes and gets into contact with radial guides of one of two parallel solid crosses made integral with shaft. Fastening of shafts with rollers in contact with guides of coupling mechanism cross is provided by fitting the latter in elongated holes of vanes.
