FIELD: medicine, namely training of medical personal, staff of police, car inspection, rescue service, first aid procedures, namely application of immobilizing bandages and strips onto injured limbs. SUBSTANCE: pickup includes elastic envelope of plastisol in the form of closed vessel to which pickup base is rigidly secured. Pickup has working and discharging openings passing through elastic envelope. On working openings at outer side of envelope there is plate to which one terminal of pickup is secured. Other terminal of pickup is mounted onto fixing members secured to pickup base outside zone of working openings. Cross section area of discharging opening is less than total area of cross sections of working openings by 10-200 times. Signal indicator may be in the form of light or sound warning device. Discharging opening may be provided with changeable inserts having different cross section passages. Each insert may be mounted onto pickup base. Adjustment screw may also be mounted on pickup base in order to realize possibility for partial or complete closing of discharging opening. Such system allows to create almost real conditions at training medical personal for giving first aid. EFFECT: improved design. 8 cl, 4 dwg
