FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: after revealing no changes in a gastric wall or observing the presence of benign gastric ulcer it is necessary to conduct dopplerometry of a celiac trunk and abdominal department of an aorta in a B-mode. Maximum systolic circulation rate is determined in abdominal department of an aorta, the ratio of maximum systolic circulation in a celiac trunk to that in an aorta is, also, determined. Moreover, maximum systolic rate in a celiac trunk, minimal diastolic rate, average rate, pulsation index, volumetric circulation/min, acceleration, spectral window, dicrotic pattern are detected. Point value for every measured parameter is evaluated ranged 0-3 and summed up. According to the total obtained the stages of ulcerous disease are diagnosed. Method is nonivasive and enables to decrease the risk of complications while determining the stages of gastric ulcerous disease. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 tbl, 1 ex
