FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting soft tissues layer-by-layer, accessing bone surface in the greater trochanter area. Cutaneomuscular graft is cut out with muscle attachment points and periosteum being retained. Canal is built in the bed of the produced graft. Rod-shaped transplant from activated autosponge taken from tibia is introduced into the canal. The canal matching the transplant in shape and size is built with free space left between the lateral surfaces being equal to 0.1 cm after introducing the transplant. The cutaneomuscular graft is returned to its original place and fixed with osseous sutures. EFFECT: prevented fibrous tissue proliferation into the canal; stimulated ostreogenesis. 1 tbl
