FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out femur osteotomy with cortical fragment formed along medial surface of the proximal part of the femur and lesser trochanter involved and femur neck touched. Anatomical connection of periosteum to the fragment to be formed and integrity of the ileolumbar muscle attached to the lesser trochanter are to be retained. Osteotomy is carried out in particular between the anterior and posterior surface in longitudinal direction. Bone fragment fastening is done by means of rod apparatus. Distraction is carried out under differential degree of action applied to the proximal and distal regions of the created cortical fragment. Distraction is fulfilled under action of greater intensity applied to the proximal region of the cortical fragment than that applied to the distal region with non-uniformly developed vascular network being created so that its area of maximum degree of development corresponds to the pathologic process area. Proportion of distraction magnitudes in proximal and distal regions of the fragment is equal to 1.5-2:1, respectively.
