METHOD OF OPERATIVE ACCESS TO ILIAC BONE CREST FOR FORMATION OF NON-FREE AUTOTRANSPLANT Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61B17/56 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopedics and is intended for treatment of aseptic necrosis of head and neck of femoral bone. Soft tissues are dissected with S-shaped line in projection of anterior part of iliac bone crest. Proximally section line is drawn on internal edge of crest, distally it is ended on external edge of anterior superior spine. After determining character of blood circulation vessel mobilisation is carried out. Muscular flap is isolated by internal oblique muscle of abdomen with located in it vessels. Also isolated is internal edge of periosteal-cortical part of iliac bone crest and flap pf periosteum on internal surface of iliac bone wing, with formation of complete nonfree muscular-osteal-peritoneal autotransplant.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve anatomical atraumatic sampling of nonfree autotransplant, provide conditions for revascularisation and regeneration of healthy bone tissue due to section of soft tissues in projection of anterior iliac bone crest with S-shaped line and formation of complete, nonfree muscular-osteal-peritoneal autotransplant.
