FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves perforating cyst walls. The cyst and its base are separated by means of YAG-laser. Argon coagulation is applied. Before perforating walls, liquid contents of the cyst is treated in its center with YAG-laser until cavitation mass is produced. Growth zone coagulation is carried out after the cyst and its base are separated and the cyst is destroyed under exposure to YAG-laser radiation. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in removing cyst without violating external eyeball tunic integrity.
