FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: proposed needle can be used by diabetics. Needle is installed in bushing mounted on injection device from which preset doses of medicine from container placed in device can be delivered through needle. It has rear needle which penetrates through container closing diaphragm and free injection part which is shorter than 9 mm. Outer diameter of needle and diameter of needle channel conform to one of following requirements: a) outer diameter is less than 0.320 mm and channel diameter is greater than 0.165 mm, or b) outer diameter is less than 0.298 mm, and channel diameter is greater than 0.133 mm. EFFECT: improved quality of injections owing to reduced thickness of walls and increased width of channel. 6 cl, 2 dwg
