SUBSTANCE: device comprises hollow cylindrical casing 2 terminating in neck 3 with at its distal end annular shoulder 14 directed outside, flexible cap 8 on the neck holding the cap engageable from the outside with neck cap 8 and having the proximal part in the form of bell 19 with at its proximal end one or more internal shoulders 22 for engagement with the casing neck behind annular shoulder 14 and distal part 23 with a means for connection of needle to it as well as locking ring 11 installed outside bell 19 on its proximal end for locking the holder cap in its position of engagement; locking ring 11 and bell 19 have means 21 for reliable engagement with each other when locking ring 11 is set in the operating position on bell 19.
