FIELD: medicine, dermatovenerology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with clinical investigation of articulatory area and that of genitals. Additionally, an ultrasound trial of genitals' area is conducted along with a combined immunological investigation to detect blood SD4 level, prostatic antigen, cytokine IL4, SD38 and alpha-interferon. In case of inflammation observed in articulations and genitals and, also, at SD4 being 32.7- 34%, prostatic antigen - 12.45-13.52 c.u./mg, IL4 - 12.40-18.6 mmg/ml, SD38 - 11-18% and alphainterferon - 52-58 mmg/ml the Reiter's disease is diagnosed in children.
