FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves concurrently determining tumor necrosis factor TNF-α, interleukines IL-6, IL-4 in blood serum during the first 2-3 weeks from disease start. TNF-α concentration being equal to 2.1-6.1 pg/ml, IL-6 from 32.3 to 38.3 pg/ml, IL-4 from 0.29 to 0.41 pg/ml, acute clinical course of reactive arthritis is to be predicted. TNF-α concentration being equal to 0.6-1.6 pg/ml, IL-6 from 13.2 to 16.2 pg/ml, IL-4 from 1.93 to 2.27 pg/ml, subacute clinical course of reactive arthritis is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prediction.
