FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: modular heating equipment line has boilers with heating jackets and steam generator with electrodes. Lower points of boiler jackets are connected through pipes to main pipeline having gradient toward steam generator. Lower end of pipeline is connected to upper point of steam generator. Pipeline and pipes are adapted for conveying steam into jackets, as well as for returning condensate into steam generator. Valves are mounted on pipes. Line is preferably used in public catering.
