FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal technological equipment and may be used as block-modular equipment for food preparation. The line contains an electrode steam generator, boilers with heating jackets, the lower points of the heating jackets are connected to electromagnetic valves via radial pipe-lines; the valves outputs are connected to the main pipe-line by means of lower nipples; the main pipe-line has inclination towards the electrode steam generator, the lower point of the electrode steam generator is connected to a compensation vessel by means of a pipe, the upper point of the compensation vessel is hydraulically connected to the atmosphere. Temperature controllers connected to the electromagnetic valves are installed for accuracy improvement and maintenance of the preset temperature of food being prepared.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve the temperature maintenance accuracy.
