FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal technological equipment and may be used for food preparation. Food cooking line contains cooking boilers with steam jackets, an electrode steam generator connected to steam jackets of cooking boilers by a main pipeline and radial pipelines with electromagnetic valves, and thermostats electrically connected to the solenoid valves. In the lower part of the cooking boilers vessels water jackets are installed connected to each other by means of pipelines. Last cooking boiler water jacket output is connected to a circulation pump by a pipeline, which outlet of is connected to the solar collector via a pipeline. Solar collector outlet is connected to the inlet of the cooking boiler water jacket by means of a pipeline.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing power consumption and increasing the steam generator and cooking boilers power supply reliability.
