FIELD: water treating. SUBSTANCE: method consists in aeration of underground water by bubbling compressed air through it, suspended-bed oxidation of concentrate, and, under conditions of stream disruption of concentrate and water in collecting tank, treatment on activated by produced ferric hydroxide porous coaxial cylindrical surfaces of members made from globular-structure polymer accompanied by tangential filtration of pulsing turbulent flow and hydrodynamic compression of diffuse layer inside gap, while simultaneously inducing zeta potentials and regenerating porous members' surfaces by alternating pulsing purges with compressed air and washings with water back currents by partially overlapping said porous surfaces along their generating lines by moving shields.
