SUBSTANCE: device has primer assembly with primer tank, spraying device with cock and control rod for cock opening, rubbing sheet, insulating mastic coating unit incorporating bitumen tank, bitumen pump with screw, spraying device, molding trough with plates enabling production of uniform insulating layer on lower generatrix of insulating unit which has spools fastened to rotor. Traveling gear connected to frame is set in motion by electric motor. Desired temperature is maintained within bitumen tank by means of electric heaters; spraying device is provided with heating band, type ENGL. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 5 dwg
