FIELD: erection and repair of main pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: traveling frame of device used for applying the insulating mastic and winding the tape on pipe line is provided with rotor fitted with cleaning brushes which also perform final cleaning of outer surface of pipe line immediately before applying the insulating mastic.
