FIELD: chemical, food and other industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology f processing of viscous, paste-like and clotting products, namely, to devices for mixing of ingredients with simultaneous transformation (drying, agglomeration, etc). Proposed mixer has housing accommodating shafts with cutter-like blades uniformly spaced on outer diameter of shafts. Cutter of one shaft are arranged on shaft at equal distance from each other along axis of shaft rotation so that each outer is displaced in diameter relative to neighbor cutters of the shaft through value equal to or exceeding angle of arc of circumference occupied by cutter base on shaft. Cutters on each shaft are installed so that in process of rotation they pass at distance of 0.1-0.5 mm from side surfaces of cutters and body of adjacent shaft. EFFECT: provision of reliable operation at handling of adhesive materials. 4 cl, 4 dwg
