FIELD: centrifugal melt pelletizers widely used in chemical industry branches for making carbamide, potassium nitrate and composite fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes perforated chamber mounted on shaft with possibility of rotation, fixed chamber, source of acoustic oscillations having rod with shaped disc passing through hollow shaft. Cone or stepped cylindrical sectionally perforated chamber has open lower portion and it is rigidly joined along its large diameter with boss through guiding vanes bent in direction of shaft rotation and shell. Acoustic oscillation source is provided with additional shaped discs mounted on rod in middle of each section. In lower part of chamber there is support whose central portion is in the form of guide for free end of rod. Cone apertured sprinkler is mounted on said support. EFFECT: uniform scattering of product along cross section of tower, stable monodispersion fraction size. 1 dwg
