FIELD: granulation of liquid materials. SUBSTANCE: device has a casing with a perforated working member installed for rotation, the casing accommodates a vibration exciter connected to oscillatory motion drive through a rod. The vibration exciter is made in the form of a vertical bellows closed by stiff plates; the upper plate is linked with a support, and the lower one - with the rod. A controlled electrodynamic vibrator is used as the oscillatory motion drive.
