FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed center sill has two Z-sections 1, front stop 2 and rear stop 3 of automatic coupler conveying longitudinal forces to vertical walls of center sill Z-sections interconnected by reinforcement plates 4 and provided with support surfaces and adapter members. Places of change-over of support surfaces and adapter members are made in form of smooth change-over with undercutting. Edge of adapter members located on rear surfaces of rear stops are made in form of sinusoidal curve. EFFECT: increased reliability and service life. 4 dwg
