FIELD: metallurgy, namely slag processing methods. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of crushing slag; separating crushed slag by screening according to particle size no less than (3-5) mm; then subjecting undersize product to pneumatic classifying with separating metallic concentrate and subjecting oversize product of screening and slag product from settling chamber of classifier to magnetic separation. Oversize product of screening is subjected to magnetic separation in magnetic field with intensity (80-95)kA/m and frequency (5.0-9.9)Hz. Slag product from settling chamber of classifier is subjected to separation in magnetic field with intensity (96-150)kA/m and frequency (10-15)Hz in order to provide metal content in it no more than 2%.
