FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines; fuel injection devices. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at designing of functionally effective nozzle with two-phase injection of fuel with technologically effective design of unit providing accurate travel of locking needle at both injection phases. Proposed nozzle has housing with spray tip secured by means of nut and spacer and two springs arranged in blind hole to load locking needle of spray tip by means of spindle. Needle travel in first injection phase is limited by clearance between end face of spacer and support flange of spindle, and fuel travel, by clearance between other end face of spacer and end of locking needle. Step is made on end face of needle flush end face of spry tip. EFFECT: improved injection of fuel. 2 dwg
