FIELD: meat industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting raw meat material to thermal treatment and simultaneously carrying out hydrolysis process with the use of sodium hydroxide solution in predetermined modes; fermenting resulting substrate by lactic acid bacteria. Method allows feed products to be obtained from meat house wastes used as raw meat material. Feed product has improved feed value and curative prophylactic properties.
