FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to condensing copolymers that are able to absorb oxygen and can be used for making films, containers, packages, bottles and similar articles. Copolymers consist of segments of polyester and oligoolefine and their synthesis is carried out by condensation of polyesters with polypropylene, poly-(4-methyl)-1-pentene or nonhydrated polybutadiene containing at least two functional groups that are able to polycondensation and have molecular mass from 100 to 10000 Da or their mixtures. The use of these polymers for making bottles ensures to make a rigid and clear bottle being these polymers comprising 99.4% of polyester are able for the secondary processing.
